  • Refunds are only available if the template has not been remixed or modified in any way. If the template has been altered, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • If the template is found to be broken or defective and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund. A thorough assessment will be conducted to verify the issue and determine if a refund is warranted.

2. Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Include your purchase details, the issue encountered, and any relevant screenshots or descriptions. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

3. Refund Process:

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Refunds will not be issued for any template that has been remixed or altered.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the template functions as described and meets the advertised specifications.

  • You don’t want it after you’ve purchased it

  • You simply change your mind

  • You bought the template by mistake

  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the template
